Earning structure
The two supporting cantons, Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft, provide almost half of the income. This solid core funding forms the basis for the successful acquisition of third-party funding.
Expenses by faculty
Around 75 per cent of operating expenses are attributable to the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Science.
