Our mission is to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset and help individuals and teams develop essential competencies for success in entrepreneurship, academia, or industry. Through our diverse programs, we provide opportunities to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact.

Whether you are a student with a bright idea or a seasoned professor with plans of founding a groundbreaking start-up, the Innovation Office has many ways in which it can support and guide you into the right direction. If you want to translate your science, technology or know-how towards impact, but are not sure whether a start-up is the right way to do it, we can also help you to define next steps.

Innosuisse Entrepreneurship Training

The Innosuisse Entrepreneurship Training program helps students, researchers, and aspiring founders develop the skills needed to turn innovative ideas into successful ventures. Through interactive workshops and practical exercises, participants learn how to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and build strong business models.

Module 1 focuses on exploring entrepreneurial thinking and understanding the fundamentals of innovation and startups, while Module 2 helps participants validate their business ideas and develop a first structured business concept.

Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship (3 ECTS)

This course introduces the key principles of entrepreneurship and innovation, providing participants with the knowledge and tools to develop and evaluate business ideas. Through case studies, practical exercises, and team-based projects, participants learn how startups are created, how markets are analyzed, and how entrepreneurial opportunities can be identified and developed..

Changemakers in Circular Economy & Sustainability (3 ECTS)

The Changemakers program focuses on entrepreneurship for sustainability and the circular economy. Participants explore how innovative business models and technologies can address environmental and societal challenges while creating economic value. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and hands-on projects, the course empowers students to develop impactful solutions for a more sustainable future.
