Online training course on preventing sexual harassment
A safe and respectful working environment is a key concern for us at the University of Basel. An online training course is now available to all university members. The training is mandatory for employees.
Why this training course?
Sexual and sexist harassment have no place at our university. The training course offers all members of the university the opportunity to refresh their knowledge and learn about possible courses of action in our learning and working environment:
- How do I recognize sexual harassment and how can I counteract it?
- How can I support those affected?
- What duty of care do I have as a superior or supervisor?
- What internal contact points are available for advice and support?
How can you participate?
The course takes a maximum of 30 minutes and is now available on ADAM:
