Welcome to the University of Basel
Start Smart Week, which will take place from September 18-22, 2023, offers new bachelor’s students an introduction to their studies and a chance to familiarize themselves with the University of Basel. The President's Board welcome the new students to the start of program celebration on Monday morning, which is followed by the introductory events for the faculties. The University of Basel’s service units, student organizations and specialist groups also showcase their varied service offerings at the info fair in the Kollegienhaus. On the following evenings, first-semester students can explore the world of university.
