We recommend useing SWITCHdrive for large files. You can find a description and useful links in this document: https://edutools.unibas.ch/fileadmin/user_upload/edutools/Edutools/Steckbriefe_und_Edutools_Stand_13.03.2020_English/Exchange_of_Data_13.03.pdf.
You can then share the link to the file on e.g. ADAM. For videos, we recommend to use SWITCHtube. To apply for your own SWITCHtube channel, please fill out this online form: https://nmc.unibas.ch/switchtube/.
You will then be able to upload your videos and e.g. link to them in ADAM.

When I convert my slides including audio into a PDF, the sound gets lost. What can I do?
This is a more complicated problem and several solutions only work on certain PDF viewers.
As an alternative we recommend "RECORDING WITH VOICE RECORDING SOFTWARE", see chapter 3 here https://tales.nmc.unibas.ch/de/online-lehrveranstaltungen-17/tonaufnahmen-mit-powerpoint-97/vorgehen-2-588.
The final .mp3 files can then be separately linked to ADAM.
