We plan, implement and evaluate projects related to the development of the University of Basel’s culture, organization and staff, mainly concerning leadership and working together. We support all the University’s strategic goals related to our expertise as well as the dialogue on all levels of research and administration. At the same time we are the first contact for coaching, counseling, team development and a wide range of trainings within the University.
