How can I unsubscribe from a course?
Please send an e-mail to unisport@unibas.ch, if possible return the registration confirmation e-mail of the relevant course and let us know that you wish to unsubscribe from this course.
Please note the cancellation conditions according to our GTCs.

Do I have to cancel my registration for a single lesson?
If possible, please inform the course instructor ("Course instructor directory) if you are unable to attend a lesson, especially in courses with a small number of participants.
If this information is desired by the course instructor, it is listed in the course description or communicated by the course instructor at the beginning of the course.

May I provide a substitute if I am unable to attend a course or lesson?
No, your registration is personal and non-transferable.
