Review and coordinate measures for the inclusion of employees with disabilities or specific needs

4. Development and succession planning
Create a solid foundation for sustainable staff development and succession planning

5. Health management and promotion
Establish relevant measures at the University of Basel, embed them within the institution and publicize them

6. New Work and empowerment
Operate as a network organization and offer contemporary working conditions including flexible working environments

7. Reform of terms of employment and working conditions for doctoral students and postdocs
Reform employment conditions and working terms based on the needs of those affected and taking account of the status of resources at the University of Basel
