Join us for a relaxed and inspiring evening dedicated to building connections among entrepreneurs, startups, and innovation enthusiasts who are shaping the future of the Circular Economy.
Whether you are a founder, student, researcher, or simply passionate about sustainability, this is your opportunity to learn directly from role models who dared to integrate circularity into their businesses.
Two outstanding role models in the circular economy, Sarah Harbarth and Lukas Oppler, will take to the stage to share their experiences, challenges and lessons learned in building circular businesses. The evening will also feature pitches from early-stage startups, which will be enriched by feedback and insights from our role models.
To conclude, an apéritif reception will provide the perfect opportunity to network, discuss ideas and forge new collaborations in a relaxed setting.
Sarah Harbarth is the CEO and founder of KUORI. The company develops elastomeric and thermoplastic materials that are biobased, biodegradable and recyclable. These materials are intended as an alternative to conventional plastics and rubbers derived from fossil fuels.
Lukas Oppler is Co-Founder and Managing Director of upVolt. His company re-uses and refurbishes lithium-ion batteries — originally intended for e-mobility — giving them a second life in energy-storage solutions.
