FoodHealth Innovation is excited to welcome Jonas Roch, co-founder and CTO of Voltiris, for an honest, behind-the-scenes conversation about building a startup from the ground up.
Voltiris develops spectral-filtering solar modules for greenhouses, letting crops get the light they need while turning the rest into clean electricity.
Jonas co-founded the company in 2021 and has since led it from early prototypes to commercial pilots across Switzerland, the Netherlands, and beyond. He also completed his PhD in Physics and the entrepreneurship training at the University of Basel, making his return to the Innovation Office a full-circle moment for our community.
