Innosuisse Entrepreneurship Training (Fall 2026, Basel)
Designed specifically for PhD candidates, postdocs, researchers, and professors, this 12-week course introduces participants to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and startup creation. Whether you already have a business idea, are at an early stage, or are simply curious about entrepreneurship, the course covers customer discovery, business models, pitching, team building, financial planning, intellectual property, stakeholder management, and branding, equipping participants with practical skills for entrepreneurial thinking and future startup success.

This module introduces the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and helps participants develop and refine innovative business concepts. It is designed for those interested in translating ideas or research into practical applications with real-world impact.
The sessions are led by experienced coaches and cover key topics such as customer discovery, business models, pitching, team building, financial planning, intellectual property, and brand communication. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals from the university community.

Practical information
Innovation Bootcamp: Sept 4th, 10am – 5pm
Evening sessions: Every Wednesday, 5pm – 9pm (Sept 16th – Nov 17th)
The certificate requires participation in most sessions and the Bootcamp (min. 80%)
