The Diversity Office plans, implements and evaluates projects intended to improve the way in which degrees, research and administration are designed in terms of gender, diversity and family compati-bility. Focal points include actively promoting female excellence and establishing the university as a family-friendly organization and a serviceoriented employer within the international academic community.
The University of Basel does not tolerate sexual harassment, discrimination or bullying. The Personal Integrity Coordination Office works preventively to protect and respect the personal integrity of all university employees (staff and students) and acts as a low-threshold and confidential point of contact and advice.
