The Learning Organization is a place where people can develop their potential and skills in order do develop thinking and the organization. To reach their goals organizations continuously have to deal with changing conditions. As a consequence organizations and the people therein have to stay flexible in mind and goals. Strategies, processes, the culture of working together as well as the style of leadership have to be reflected and adjusted.
If you are dealing with projects and topics of development regarding changes in the university as a whole or your department Leadership & Development is here to support you. We support and manage projects in the central administration as well as in the faculties dealing with strategy, organizational development and staff development.
Change and Teambuilding
Reasons for these workshops and seminars include new team composition or a change in responsibilities or function. It may also be required to consider the setup of a team, difficult work or conflict as well as change situations.
