A university-wide diversity strategy is being planned, implemented and evaluated in cooperation with various university units with the aim of ensuring that study, research and administration processes are free of discrimination and barriers to accessibility. Diversity issues are being integrated into management systems, in line with modern organizational development. This means taking both the university’s goals and opportunities into account, as well as social and political considerations.
