Fund for Promoting Young Academic Talent
Within the framework of the call for applications for grants from the Research Fund for Excellent Junior Researchers of the University of Basel, contributions by Fund for Promoting Young Academic Talent (FFaN) are awarded to advanced researchers (from doctorate/ PhD level) thereby using the financial resources of the fund for promoting young academic talent.
Target group
The precondition for an application is a distinguished doctorate/PhD.
If you are among the top young academic talent at the University of Basel, stand out through your excellent research achievements, are closely involved in a recognized institution and are about to do a habilitation or similar, you belong to the target group of this fund.
SNSF extension applications for aspiring researchers (second year abroad, from the fields of medicine and sciences in particular) are normally excluded from this fund.
