Eucor EUCOR is the cross-border Confederation of Upper-Rhine Universities in Basel, Freiburg, Strasbourg, Karlsruhe and Mulhouse. The EUCOR student card enables you to attend courses and lectures at these five partner universities, and to access their libraries and facilities.
